I hope that you guys got to watch the "Battle of the Bridges" last week on TV. What an awesome course. Let’s all lobby J.C. Resorts to add it to their courses. YEAH RIGHT!! Well, we can dream can’t we.

I would like to personally thank all our members who have signed up for the "Fiesta Golf Cruise" set for October 1, 2005. I have confirmed tee-times at the Cabo Del Sol "Ocean" Course in Cabo, (8 holes on the ocean), The El Cid in Mazatlan, (site of a PGA Senior event every year) and the spectacular Four Seasons Punta Mita in Puerto Vallarta with its signature hole, the 17^th, an island green in the ocean!! There is still space to join me, Tom, Terry, Stash, Serge, Charlie, Loren, Rich and Harley and our friends and families. Nancy and Jon from the Oaks North staff have also signed up. The August tournament will be on the 21^st. (I will be on a cruise in the Caribbean, DARN!!) It will be the "Fiesta Shootout". We will play low net, A and B flights. Lowest five scores from each flight will play in the shootout with one player being eliminated each hole. Ties will be broken via a "chip off". This is one of our most popular tournaments so be sure to be there!
